Descriptions of engagements—including audits, instrumentation reviews, consolidation advisory, and briefings—are informational until a written estimate or statement of work is accepted. We may decline work that conflicts with privacy, security, or capacity constraints.

Accounts and communications

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through forms or email. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or submit unlawful content.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials we create remain our intellectual property unless a statement of work assigns deliverables otherwise. Client-confidential data stays the client’s. You may not copy site materials for commercial reuse without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DevTools Connect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or from decisions made solely on publicly available content. For paid engagements, liability is limited as stated in the applicable statement of work, and otherwise to fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea (KR). Courts located in Korea shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the site, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
